WHAT TO EXPECT

If you are interested in starting therapy, you can  get in touch and arrange an initial online consultation. During this session, we will discuss your needs and goals, and determine if we are a good fit for each other.

If we decide to move forward, we will have a few assessment sessions where we will explore what is important to you and what you wish to work on. We will work together to create a plan that is tailored to your needs and goals, and we will discuss how we can best achieve them.

I believe that consistency is key in therapy, so we will schedule regular sessions at the same time each week. This will help us establish a routine and create a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions.
